Professor Mike P. Moffatt is the federal government’s Chief Innovation Fellow at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). He is currently on leave from Ivey Business Scholl at Western University, where he is an Assistant Professor in the Business, Economics and Public Policy group.

Prior to joining ISED, Mike was Interim Director of the Lawrence National Center for Policy and Management as well as Chief Economist for the Mowat Centre. In 2016, Mike was a Senior Associate at Canada 2020, where he co-authored the book Towards an Inclusive, Innovative Canada.
