Description & Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation Team is looking for an experienced content designer for mobile and web applications.
You will be responsible for assessing and -in several cases- overseeing the content design of those mobile applications under development by the Digital Transformation Team.
We’re looking for people with a proven track record in the field, a strong technical experience in content design for mobile and web applications and a very rich portfolio of previous projects developed.
Key Qualifications
- Strong content design experience for mobile and web applications with tens of millions of users and with a portfolio showcasing your work and demonstrating experience creating great user-centered content design solutions
- Strong experience in planning, writing, editing, testing and improving content including interface language, product education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature and other content throughout tens of millions of users mobile / web application platform
- Strong experience in applying and maintaining consistency with content standards
- Strong experience in collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global content audience
- Strong experience with social products
- Strong experience in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques and responsive design
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Track record in providing leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of content designers
Education
- MS degree in Design/HCI or related field with +10 years of relevant experience in content design for mobile and web applications with a portfolio showcasing your work or Ph.D degree in Design/HCI and 5+ years of relevant experience in content design for mobile and web applications with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in English
